Susan has been an educator for over twelve years. 

Susan's love of Geography and traditional cultures began with her experience as a Peace Corps volunteer in Papua New Guinea. For two years, she taught English as a Second Language and Social Studies. 

Susan is currently a teacher at Morton East High School in Cicero, Illinois. She teaches content Social Studies classes to LEP students as well as ESL.
